On a Sunday evening in Nashville, Tennessee, a gathering of over 100 individuals at the "In Plain Sight" event organized by the New Hope Community Church, confronted the harsh reality of human trafficking. This event served as a beacon of knowledge and awareness in the ongoing battle against human trafficking, and Operation Rose is deeply honored to have been a part of this pivotal occasion.

Many individuals still believe that their children are only at risk of being snatched at a bus stop and trafficked. The panel's experts, drawing from their wealth of knowledge, clarified that the landscape of human trafficking has evolved. While such cases still occur, the issue is far more insidious and complex. During the event, a significant number of inquiries revolved around the use of apps and their potential dangers for young children. Snapchat emerged as one of the most vulnerable apps for the youth, underlining the importance of digital vigilance. The responsibility to protect them in the digital realm falls on our shoulders.
