HOPE IN MOTION 5K: JOIN THE FIGHT AGAINST HUMAN TRAFFICKING

Human trafficking remains a significant issue, which is why the fight against trafficking is more urgent than ever. Operation Rose and the Sexual Assault Center of Middle Tennessee have joined forces to host the Hope in Motion 5K, an event dedicated to raising awareness and supporting the fight against this horrific crime. On a Sunday evening in Nashville, Tennessee, a gathering of over 100 individuals at the "In Plain Sight" event organized by the New Hope Community Church, confronted the harsh reality of human trafficking. Among these distinguished panelists was our very own Director of Training and Outreach, Investigator & Consultant, Jason Mayo.

On November 25, 2020, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals decided the United States v. Trader[i], in which the court examined whether the third-party doctrine allows law enforcement to obtain internet protocol (IP) addresses and email account information without a warrant.
